* In the entry for T. Furness, it is unclear whether his name is T. Bishop Furness, or T. Furness who is a Bishop. He certainly wasn't Bishop of Carlisle, who at the time was Samuel Goodenough. If anyone can clear this point up, I would be pleased to hear from you.
